THE SMALL PRINT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

You can expect 1-3 working days to view your online photo album after your shoot. Once you have chosen your images, expect 5-10 working days for the completed package to be ready - this can be mailed or you may pick it up at my location. (Working days are M-F, non-holidays. Please plan accordingly).

PLEASE NOTE:
RUSH SESSIONS WILL BE $100 EXTRA (YOU NEED FINAL PACKAGE OF ALL IMAGES AND/OR RETOUCHED IMAGES WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS - PICK-UP ONLY, PACKAGE CANNOT BE MAILED).
RUSH RETOUCHING (YOU NEED RETOUCHED IMAGE(S) WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS) WILL BE CHARGED $70/HOUR.

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.  Credit card***, Checks**, or Cash/Money Orders accepted for the deposit.  This amount will be applied to the total cost of your session.  Appointment will be secure once the deposit is received.

• Photographer retains copyrights to all photos.
• **Checks are only accepted for the initial $50 deposit. Checks will not be accepted for remaining payments due at session.  Make all checks out to JACKIE GOLDSTON.  Returned check fee is $35.
• Payment in full is due at time of session in cash or money order (if not paid in advance with credit card).
• ***If paying for the entire session or remainder of session with a credit card, it must be paid in advance of your appointment date. Credit card processing is only available through PayPal online and includes a 4% convenience fee.
• Re-shoots are only available if there is a technical error by me and at the sole discretion of photographer.
• If you are a no-show to your shoot, your deposit will be forfeited.
• A late fee of $25 will apply if you are 30mins late to your appointment time.  If you are 45mins or more late, your session is subject to cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.
